The Firm's litigation department consists of attorneys David Shea, Frank Aiello and Brian Grant.   Although all three are primarily trial attorneys, their philosophy in resolving cases has always been to remain trial ready and consequently they have had great success in both trying and settling cases.   They have litigated cases in all Michigan state and federal courts, as well as in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, New Jersey, Maryland, District of Columbia, Washington, Colorado, Missouri, Alabama, Florida and Georgia.
