Jayson Rumball
I am an associate attorney with Shea, Aiello, Doxsie & Petz, PLLC. My practice is focused on business planning and estate planning for business owners. I frequently present seminars and have made numerous presentations on behalf of businesses and organizations, specifically discussing the need for estate and tax planning, proper business entity set up and business liability protection. My practice covers the firm’s Midland, Bay City, Saginaw, Bad Axe, Davison and Traverse City offices, while also servicing the firm’s Upper Peninsula clients. Prior to joining Shea, Aiello, Doxsie & Petz, PLLC, I worked for a small firm in Lansing, where my practice concentrated in real property, construction, contract negotiation and general business law.
While at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, my studies were concentrated in business transactions. Prior to law school, I earned my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Insurance and Risk Management from Olivet College. While at Olivet, I was a three year letter recipient and Academic All-American with the football team, Past President and member of the Adelphic Alpha Pi Literary Society and a member of Gamma Iota Sigma - a professional insurance and risk management fraternity. I am a member of the Michigan Bar Association and my community involvement includes civic service with the Clarkston Eagles FOE 3373. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, working out, running and playing golf with family and friends. I currently reside in Ortonville Michigan.
