Brandon Richardson

I am an associate attorney with Shea, Aiello, Doxsie & Petz PLLC.  My practice concentrates in the area of Estate Planning, and I am a frequent seminar presenter throughout the tri-cities and northern Michigan.  Prior to joining the firm, I graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2010 with a concentration in Business Transactions.  In 2003, I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University, where I studied International Relations and Comparative Politics.  While completing my law school education, I worked as an extern with Doyle Law, PC, where the firm focused its practice on Estate Planning.  Throughout my time at Cooley, I was a member of the Sports Law Society and I am currently an active member of the State Bar of Michigan.  

I was raised in Midland County, and currently live in the city of Midland.  In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children, as well as golfing, and rooting for all Detroit sports teams.

My practice areas within Estate planning include but are not limited to, Revocable Living Trusts and Wills, Medical Powers of Attorney, Durable Powers of Attorney, Life Insurance Trusts, Retirement Asset Trusts and Single Owned Survivorship Trusts.
