I graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Northern Michigan University in 2000, with a concentration in political science/pre-law. Thereafter, I attended Michigan State University – Detroit College of Law.  I then served as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas S. Eveland, Chief Judge of the Fifty-Sixth Circuit Court of Michigan, Eaton County. I also held a judicial clerkship for the Honorable John R. Weber, Chief Judge of the Twenty-Fifth Circuit Court of Michigan, Marquette County.

In January of 2004, I began working as an estate planning associate for Miller Shea, PC in the firm's Ann Arbor office.  Soon after, I was given my own office to run in Woodhaven.  In 2005, I began to broaden my practice to include planning for the business owner.  I took on the task of business client development in all of the firm's Michigan offices, which included meeting with individual clients and business owners regarding their estate planning and business planning needs.  In that same year, there was an amicable split between the partners of Miller Shea, PC and a group of attorneys, including the entire estate-planning department, formed a law firm called Shea Law Firm, PLLC.  By July of 2007, it was necessary to hire more associates and grow the business planning department.  Because of my extensive experience with complex estate and business planning, I was asked to manage the business planning department for the firm.  At the beginning of 2009, I was made partner of the newly named Shea, Aiello, Doxsie, Coraci & Gursel, PLLC.

I am a frequent seminar presenter, wherein I have presented on behalf of businesses and organizations, specifically discussing the need for estate and tax planning, proper business entity set up and business liability protection.  I am a member of the Michigan Bar Association, Sterling Heights and Macomb County Chambers, and am a recipient of the Probate and Estate Planning Certificate co-sponsored by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning section of the State Bar of Michigan.  I am also a member of both the Probate and Estate Planning section and the Elder Law section of the State Bar of Michigan.

I currently reside in Macomb Township with my husband and two year old son.
